Well-located with immaculate and spacious rooms. The hosts were incredibly helpful, especially when I needed last-minute accommodations. Wish I could've stayed longer!

i was met with a freezing room that I had to warm up myself, how very unwelcoming. plus, my bed was way too soft, like sleeping on a giant marshmallow. why no complimentary gesture for such discomfort? I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t due to my unmet expectations. a real letdown, really.

The location was superb, with friendly staff providing excellent recommendations and a spacious room offering a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and unbeatable privacy on the balcony.

The check-in process left much to be desired, with additional charges that were not communicated upfront and some unexpected restrictions regarding cooking.

My stay in the Executive Studio with Spa Bath was disappointing due to the non-functional jets in the spa, which was something I was really looking forward to. although the room was clean, it really lacked the warmth that I was hoping for upon arrival. The heating was not adequately prepped, leaving me quite cold initially and feeling a bit unwelcome.

I had a lovely stay at Carrick Lodge Motel. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had a lovely patio space. The hosts were so friendly, offering helpful tips about nearby attractions, enhancing my time spent in the beautiful Cromwell area.

It was just a great fit for a flash visit in Cromwell with great value for money. The new managers were super friendly and welcoming, making the check-in experience smooth. Make sure to confirm your room amenities before arrival to avoid any surprises.

I had a fantastic 2-night stay in an Executive Studio Spa Bath. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, equipped with all the comforts you'd need. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel special, ensuring the heaters were on for our arrival. It's so close to the shops and restaurants, yet quiet enough for a restful night. If I had to point out an improvement, I would say the outdoor seating might need a little more privacy.
